Rescheduling your sauna camp session

If you booked your reservation at Sauna Camp and something is in the way of your plans, don't worry...we got you! We offer self-rescheduling to all of our Sauna Camp patrons for ultimate flexibility.

• Public Sessions: Can be self-rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session starts.

• Private Saunas: Can be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance.

STEP 1:

To self-reschedule, you must go to your CONFIRMATION EMAIL. This is also where your waivers are and your QR code on your ticket which you can present upon arrival.

STEP 2:

Click "Change booking" link and find a time that works better for you.

Refund Policy

There is no refund policy; all sales are final. Due to staffing, sauna, & wood resource allocation based off capacity ahead of time, we cannot refund or reschedule same day or past no-show bookings for any reason.

Unused packs or passes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or carried over into future seasons. While month & season passes are non-transferable, 4 packs & 8 packs can be gifted or used by others by simply giving them your Member ID to book with.
