Everyone who steps into a Sauna Camp sauna needs a signed waiver, including kids. Here's the short version of how it works and where to find yours, so check-in day is all relaxation, no paperwork.

Everyone needs a signed waiver before entry

Every guest attending a session must have a signed digital waiver on file before they're allowed into the sauna area. No exceptions, no signing-at-the-dock scramble. It's a requirement before entry, not at check-in.

Where to find your waiver

Your waiver lives in your booking confirmation email. When you booked, you received a confirmation email with a link to our customer portal. Your digital waiver is there! Sign it digitally right from your phone or computer.

Can't find your confirmation email? Search your inbox for "Sauna Camp Minnesota" or "Fare Harbor." Still stuck? Just give us your name or email at check-in and our staff can look up your booking.

Sign before your session, not at the door

Do yourself a favor and sign before you arrive. Signing ahead of time means:

• Faster check-in: we scan your QR code and you're ready to go!

• No fumbling with your phone in the parking lot

• No holding up your group while you fill out a form

You'll get a text reminder about an hour before your session. If your waiver isn't signed yet, that's your cue.

Kids and waivers

Kids ages 7 and up are welcome at Sauna Camp, and each child needs their own booking — and their own signed waiver. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or adult to sign their waiver, and that adult must stay with them for the whole session. Every person attending needs both a ticket and a signed waiver.

What to expect at check-in

Once you arrive, park in the lot and follow the signs to walk down the path about 2–3 minutes to the beach. At check-in, we'll scan the QR code from your confirmation email (also available in Apple Wallet). That's it! Suit up, grab a towel, and get in the heat.
