The saunas are not wheelchair accessible.
Does my membership or multi-visit pack cover private saunas?
The season, monthly pass memberships and the 4-pack and 8-pack passes are only for use at the public sauna and cold plunge experiences and cannot be redeemed for private sessions.
If I buy a 4-pack or 8-pack pass or a season pass, how do I redeem my visits?
Once you buy a 4-pack or a 8-pack pass or season pass, you will get a receipt of purchase, and a membership confirmation email in your inbox with a "member code". This ID is your key to redeeming each of your visits in your pack.
When you are ready to book a session, just go to "Public Sauna and Cold Plunge", select the date and time slot you want, and redeem one of your visits using your member ID. One of your visits will automatically be deducted from your pack. Have more questions about packs and memberships? CLICK HERE for more answers about how memberships work.
Where do I find my member ID?
Once you buy a 4-pack or a 8-pack pass or season pass, you will get a receipt of purchase, and a membership confirmation email in your inbox with a "member code". This ID is your key to redeeming each of your visits in your pack. Please keep this number ready so you can redeem your visits easily. If you lose your member ID, call us and we can easily look your number up for you.
NOTE: If you are only buying a single public day pass or a private sauna, you do not have a member ID and can just leave this section blank and continue checking out.
How do I redeem a gift card?
When you purchase a gift card, you will be sent a confirmation email with a "Redemption Code" included. When you book your sauna session, use that redemption code by typing it into the "promo code / gift card / store credit" box before you check out.
Are kids allowed at Sauna Camp?
Yes! Kids over the age of 6 are welcome at Sauna Camp. In fact, we encourage people to share this experience with the whole family. Each child requires their own booking and must be supervised by a parent at all times.
If they are under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times who can also sign their waiver forms for them.
NOTE: Sometimes children under 12 are not big fans of the very hot temperatures that are standard for our public saunas. We find that kids prefer a milder sauna and make more frequent trips in and out of the sauna during a session. We recommend the private sauna experience if you have children under 12 so you have more control over the temperature in your sauna (instead of the public one).
Can we bring food or alcohol to our sauna session?
At Sauna Camp, we have a strict no drugs or alcohol policy concerning the saunas and cold plunge experience for health and safety reasons for both you and for those around you. We only allow rehydrating beverages like water, electrolytes, and other similar options.
Some light snacks are encouraged outside the sauna but there is no outside food allowed in the saunas for sanitation purposes. A good salty snack is perfect for a fulfilling sauna session.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Due to staffing, sauna, & wood resource allocation based off capacity ahead of time, we cannot refund or reschedule same day or past no-show bookings for any reason.
Purchasing Peek Protect can insure your booking at checkout, allowing you to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours beforehand for extra peace of mind.
While we don't offer refunds, we offer free, unlimited self-rescheduling up to 24 hours before your booking time (up to 72 hours before for private saunas). Single day passes and private saunas are transferable to others if you can't make it and want someone to go in your place.
If you wish to reschedule a public session within those timeframes, you can self-reschedule by accessing your Customer Portal (found in your initial booking email called "Your Activity" from Sauna Camp Minnesota or the text reminders we sent) or can email or call us directly.
Unused packs or passes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or carried over into future seasons. While monthly & season passes are non-transferable, 4 packs & 8 packs can be gifted or used by others by simply giving them your Member ID to book with.
